Online Classes start tomorrow at 9.30am with Tai Chi/Qi Gong sessions on zoom. If you would like to join us for classes then please do so by purchasing your classes in our online SHOP and we will send you the zoom link to log into.
All classes are taught by Shifu Yang. We also will be offering one to one sessions in our studio in North London and small group sessions. More details will come very soon on this!
