Dear all - just a quick update on timings and classes around the Easter break: Saturday morning on line sessions will continue at 9.30 am through the Easter break. The last Monday evening class at Belsize Park library will be this Monday 4th April and then we will have a 2 week break returning on Monday 25th. We have discussed for a while and now. I am planning to hold a one day Taichi and Qi gong workshop on Saturday 30th April. It will provide all participants with a more focused opportunity for practice and development of the forms and an enhanced and enjoyable experience! It will run from 10.30-12.30 then we will break for lunch (bring your own or we might go to a restaurant) and continue 2-4pm. The location will be in north London but to be confirmed . The cost will be £60. Please book in advance if you are interested as the venue we arrange will depend on the numbers attending.
